All written patterns, stitch schematics, and photographic step-by-step guides published on Ideacrochet are accessible free of charge for personal crafting, educational workshops, and gift-making. Makers, indie crafters, and cottage business owners are explicitly permitted to execute Craft Fair Commercial Sales of finished physical items under Pattern Fair Use guidelines.
Intellectual Property Notice: Digital Pattern Reproduction Rights
Digital pattern reproductions, automated scraping, or selling raw pattern text or diagrams as your own is prohibited. We distribute our original designs under Creative Commons Attribution licensing: when selling finished items or showcasing projects online, simply include a credit citing "Pattern design by Ideacrochet.com".
Calculation Engine Disclaimer: Empirical Yardage Estimates
Our universal crochet tools and resizers provide calibrated mathematical estimations based on Craft Yarn Council averages. Because individual hand tension, gauge discrepancy, and yarn elasticity vary, crafters should treat calculations as empirical estimates and produce a test gauge swatch before buying large dye lots.
